We read every message, but we're a small independent site, so please allow a few days for a reply.
Please note
- We don't sell products, so we can't help with orders, deliveries, returns or refunds — please contact the retailer you bought from. The National Bed Federation's advice is to raise complaints with the company that sold you the product first.
- Corrections: if a product detail on our site no longer matches the maker's website, tell us the page and we'll check it.
- Makers and retailers: we don't accept payment to list or rank products.
We don't use a contact form, so nothing you send is stored on this website. Our privacy notice explains how we handle emails.
